Gabriela Manuli leads key initiatives to strengthen IPI’s global network. Before that, she was the Deputy Director of the Global Investigative Journalism Network (GIJN) and co-founder of GIJN Women. Originally from Argentina and based in Hungary, Manuli has been a journalist for more than 20 years. She’s been a speaker at different international journalism conferences and sits on several international journalism juries. She holds a master’s degree in public policy (media, information, and communications) from the Central European University in Budapest, and a master’s degree in Social Communication Science from the University of Buenos Aires. She audited courses at Harvard and MIT and is a 2018 World Press Institute Fellow.
