Olga Komarova is a communications professional specialising in media freedom, human rights advocacy and strategic storytelling. She is Senior Communications Officer at the European Centre for Press and Media Freedom (ECPMF), where she leads external communications supporting journalists and strengthening press freedom across Europe.With previous experience as Communications Manager at the Global Forum for Media Development (GFMD) and in international media development, Olga has worked across content strategy, multimedia storytelling and audience engagement. She has also provided communications consultancy support to organisations including the European Press Prize and the Musine Kokalari Institute.Olga holds an MPhil in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a BA in International Relations from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
